Dishwasher Position Summary: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of kitchen area, tableware, glassware, silverware, and kitchen wares at Fogg Café.
Requirements
Dishwasher Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of equipment and how to use properly and safely
- Knowledge of kitchen layout and organization
- Maintains standards of cleanliness, sanitation, organization of kitchen and storage areas
- Willingness to perform above all duties to serve the guest
- Consistency and quality of production in accordance with kitchen standards
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- All other duties assigned by management
Dishwasher Requirements / Qualifications:
- Must be able to work in temperature extremes and noisy environments
- Must be able to stand and exert a well-paced mobility for up to eight hours
- Must be able to lift forty pounds
- Must have manual hand and finger dexterity for adept use of kitchen equipment
- Must be able to listen attentively and facilitate the communication process
- Ability to work flexible schedule
- Attendance and promptness
- Attitude, teamwork, professionalism, and awareness with a sense of urgency
