Job Description
Role Overview:
This position focuses on developing and maintaining knowledge articles for Cat Digital Support and Contact Center Operations. You'll work closely with internal teams and third-party contact centers to ensure accurate and effective content.
Team Environment:
You will be part of a team of five, operating in a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and update knowledge articles for customer and agent use
- Collaborate with team members on process improvements
- Analyze customer data to optimize knowledge resources
- Test tools such as Salesforce
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field with 2 years of experience, or 5 years of relevant experience without a degree
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Experience in customer service and data analysis tools like Power BI is a plus
Disqualifiers:
- Poor job tenure or lack of superior communication skills
Candidates must reside in or near Peoria, IL
