What are the responsibilities and job description for the SPEECH PATHOLOGIST position at Nash UNC Health Care?
A specialist in delays or disorders in communication including: articulation/phonology, language, voice, stuttering and swallowing. Performs assessments and provides individualized habilitate or rehabilitative services for organic and functional communication disorders, and for swallowing disorders, through direct and/or indirect intervention techniques.
Education, Licensure, Experience, and Other Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology.
- Current license or temporary non-renewable license to practice as a Speech Pathologist approved by the NC Board of Examiners for Speech and Language Pathology and Audiology.
- Valid NC Driver's License.
Salary Information:
- $50.00 PRN flat rate
- Non-Exempt
Location: Nash UNC Health Care · NGH THERAPY SERVICES
Schedule: Per Diem, Rotating, as needed
