Position Overview:
Nashville Collaborative Counseling Center is seeking a fully-licensed LPC-MHSP who is licensed in the state of Tennessee. This position is full time and is responsible for providing outpatient clinical services to a caseload of 25 clients per week. Applicants should be inclusive of LGBTQIA people and in alignment with NCCC's mission, vision, and values. Clinical services include, but are not limited to client care, collaborative documentation, assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, team case consultation, and supervision. The ideal candidate is comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative clinical environment, takes initiative in professional growth and development, has relevant experience using EHR systems, is able to see clients in person and virtually, is in agreement with the NCCC mission, vision, and values, and holds a high degree of ethical consideration for client care and needs. This position is empowered and supported by a Team Lead, the Assistant Clinical Director, and the Clinical Director.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Engage with clients for individual or couples/family (if applicable) outpatient therapy sessions on a weekly/biweekly/monthly basis determined by the client
- Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 completed client sessions per week
- Consistently communicate caseload availability and scheduling needs with NCCC Scheduling Specialist
- Submit timely documentation by the end of each workweek and maintain accurate documentation to ensure client charts are up to date and complete.
- Review treatment plans after the first 90 days, then every 6 months.
- Maintain client collaboration with team members on client’s care team - i.e. medication provider, PCP, OB-GYN, dietitian, other therapists, etc.; and client’s family members
- Perform Clinical Intakes and Clinical Mental Health Assessments, provide diagnoses, collaboratively create treatment plans, and provide therapeutic care.
- Regularly attend and participate in monthly small team meetings, monthly consultation meetings, monthly staff meetings, and any supervisory meetings with Team Lead or Clinical Director
- Provide consistent mental health data tracking

Educational Requirements and Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a similar field required
