Description
The Department of Special Education is seeking a creative and dynamic educator to serve in the position of an Art Teacher. The successful candidate must have experience working with various demographics of students with disabilities and a proven ability to engage students with varying ability levels in creative art projects that correlate to student learning objectives. Appropriate New York State certification is required.
Requirements
- New York State Professional/Permanent Teacher Certification: Visual Arts.
- Experience working with students with disabilities is preferred.
SALARY: As per labor contract.
