Director of Sales, West

Nasuni is hiring a Sales Director to lead our West Regional Sales Manager team.  Partnering with the Vice-President of Sales, you will help the RSM team exceed goals for Bookings, ARR, and New Logos.  This team sells Cloud File Services to enterprise customers.  Experience building and managing high-growth sales teams for Cloud, Software-as-a-service, SaaS, IaaS, Storage, Backup, Disaster Recovery, Security, or Data Management is required. 

As the Director of Sales, West, you will…

  • Lead your Regional Sales Team to meet and exceed assigned quota for the territory.
  • Help RSMs implement the GTM Strategy with Channel, Alliances, and Marketing.
  • Guide the expansion of alliance partnerships with AWS, Microsoft, and GCP within your territory. 
  • Exceed plan and quota for ARR, New Customers, and Bookings for the team.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations on quarterly plans and QBRs. 
  • Oversee accurate forecasting and pipeline management for the West.
  • Partner with People Operations to attract, engage, and hire top-performing Regional Sales Managers to your team.
  • Drive referenceable customer satisfaction in all accounts within the team.

Qualifications desired experience.  

  • Experience building high-growth sales teams for Cloud, Software-as-a-service, SaaS, IaaS, Storage, Backup, Disaster Recovery, Security, or Data Management.
  • Prior experience managing teams selling to Enterprise Customers
  • Co-selling experience through Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Demonstrated success selling through channel partners and re-sellers to expand sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative high-growth environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
