Job Title: Senior Product Manager – Control Path and UX  
Location: Boston, MA or Marlboro, MA or remote.  
    
We seek a Senior Product Manager to work with our Control Path teams and UX designers as we develop a new multiproduct single pane of glass management and reporting application for our enterprise file data services platform. The product manager will be involved throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and working closely with engineering to continue delivering best-in-class products.  
 
The product manager is the voice of the customer inside Nasuni and must be passionate about customers and the specific problems they’re trying to solve.  We’re looking for someone who loves technology, particularly the challenges of developing seamless, intuitive, and efficient user experiences for enterprise users. This person will report to the Director of Product Management.  
   
As a Senior Product Manager, you will…   
 
 
Lead Product Definition   
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to develop and refine user interfaces and user experience.   
  • Map the industry landscape and competitive feature sets of best-in-class file data services products to Nasuni’s current capabilities.   
  • Juggle multiple priorities and make trade-off decisions when timeline, specs and/or budget don’t align.   
  • Drive detailed requirements and mockups of feature sets with prioritized features and corresponding justification such that the development team has clear guidelines and success criteria for implementation.   
  • Develop best practice guides for the Sales and Customer Success teams on Nasuni features and partner solutions.   
  • Work with engineering teams to develop reporting, insights, and operational metrics to measure customer experience providing insightful recommendations to the business.   
  • Educate the Sales and Marketing teams on the value prop, differentiation, market strategies, and other knowledge necessary to be successful in the go-to-market.  
     
Be the Product Evangelist   
  • Create technical guides and best practices documents (e.g., product requirements, FAQs, Do’s and Don’ts, Cheat Sheets, etc.) for internal use by Sales, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services.   
  • Develop and deliver demo scripts and how-to videos making it easy for our customers to adopt our solutions.  
     
Delight Our Customers   
  • Get to know our customers to develop personas that correspond to their roles and daily tasks.   
  • Work with customers to understand their workflows and management tasks.  
  • Lead early access and preview programs during development to gather customer feedback and validate functionality. 
     
Manage Cross-Functional Programs   
  • Collaborate with the UX design team to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.  
  • Work closely with engineering scrum teams during product development cycles.   
  • Coordinate meetings with internal and external teams to manage milestones, requirements, schedules, and technical issues.   
  • Represent the needs of Engineering, Business Development, Sales, and Marketing to make technical architecture decisions and time-to-market trade-offs.   
  • Understand the competitive landscape and assist sales and marketing in positioning Nasuni’s technology and integrated solutions against the competition in the market.  
     
Required skills experience we look for are... 
  • 7 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.  
  • Proven track record of leading successful product launches, particularly in the enterprise software space.  
  • Experience working closely with UX design teams and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.  
  • Experience with Figma or comparable design prototyping tools.  
  • Familiarity with API endpoint design and developing user-facing APIs that correspond to UI activities.  
  • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.  
  • Experience in cloud, virtualization, security, and storage technologies.   
  • Knowledge of networking and experience with application protocols.   
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
