Small Technology company is looking for a Part-Time Admin Assistant who can do the following:
Someone with attention to detail who has handled executive administration tasks and is well versed with various co-ordination activities.
Updating status reports for clients, collecting timesheets, working on presentations and PPT updates, keeping contact information current. o Travel coordination, tracking expense reports
Able to co-ordinate with global team (US hours, with very rare evening phone call) o Able to ensure an accurate process is being followed
Able to coach the team as needed, someone who brings solutions not problems.
Experience with taking direction and also independent judgement while being able to change direction as needed.
Multi-tasker and enthusiastic to see tasks through completion
Focus on quality of work, completeness and documentation
Running errands for the business (ordering, supplies, etc) maybe part of the job
Coordinating meetings, get togethers, ordering, sending emails and other admin tasks as assigned
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
