Used Car Buyer

As a part of our continued growth, Nissan of Hendersonville is seeking a Used Car buyer to join our team! This position is crucial to the success of the dealership as everything begins with a quality inventory.

You will be responsible for acquiring desirable inventory from auctions, online sources, and from private sellers.

To excel in this position, you must be able to multitask, communicate well with others, and be very organized in tasks.

MUST have 2 years of experience in buying vehicles online from auctions, knowledge of reading condition reports and arbitration rules, Carfax and auto check tools knowledge.

• Purchase and appraise used car inventory
• Develop and maintain a buying network
• Review trade-in and appraisals through already established processes
• Market to customers selling their vehicles
• Tremendous Earning Potential
• Closes sales by overcoming objections and negotiating prices, together with sales management’s review and approval
• Follows up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
• Performs Vehicle Condition Assessments
• Exceptional communication skills
• Pricing analyst experience a plus
