We're presenting an exciting opportunity for a Lead Development Specialist based in Milwaukee, WI. The Lead Development Specialist will qualify and score MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) using techniques and tools including data analysis and outbound calls to potential customers, qualifying them as SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads). This role’s primary duty is converting MQL’s to SQL’s, prioritizing and distributing them to the appropriate sales team.

Here’s a General Overview of What You’ll be Doing:

  • Analyze and score MQL’s, converting them to SQL’s
  • Making outbound calls to potential customers
  • Identify, analyze, and assess customer potential, then providing data to aligned business partners
  • Warm leads for sellers, diffusing objections while presenting NBF value proposition
  • Utilize internal tools or develop tools to route leads to appropriate sales team
  • Leverage CRM tools and engagement platforms to track opportunity progress
  • Provide monthly reporting to track effectiveness metrics and work with business partners to identify and profile ideal leads
  • Identify opportunities for improvement while creating and implementing solutions

What We’re Looking For:

  • Data and application acumen, specifically with Salesforce.com and Excel, to interpret and evaluate sourced leads
  • Lead Evaluation and Scoring experience, experience implementing and utilizing BANT scoring
  • Excellent customer service/relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated cold calling and/or sales outreach experience
  • Ability to prepare and present reporting on results including assessments and recommended actions
  • Ability to manage work under deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Business Development or Sales Experience in B2B environment
  • Experience with Microsoft products: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Associate degree
  • Experience building rapport with prospects

It Would Also be Nice to Have:

  • Contract furniture sales or marketing experience
  • Experience with LinkedIn Navigator
  • Experience in PowerBI with navigations or development of dashboards
