Job Description: As a Senior Software Engineer in Test at Fidelity Charitable, you will be embedded on a fun-loving agile team, dedicated to delivering a modern platform for our customer-facing applications. You will be: Honing awesome software development skills to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain customer-facing software Crafting automation test using: Java, SQL, Docker, Selenium, Geb, Groovy, HTML, and CSS The Expertise and Skills You Bring A bachelor’s degree in computer science and three years experience or seven years software engineering experience Good communication skills with the bravery to ask questions and learn as you go Knowledge of technologies and practices such as: Object Oriented Programming, HTML, CSS, Java, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and End to End Testing Desire to be a proactive problem solver and continuous learner Ability to work with others to grow your domain knowledge of the business Passion for crafting high quality software and consistent and dependable automation tests The Team Fidelity Charitable is the brand name for the Fidelity® Charitable Gift Fund, an independent public charity, established in 1991 with the mission to foster the American tradition of philanthropy by providing programs that make charitable giving simple and effective.
