The Digital Measure Programmer I will provide project operations support for projects related to the development, evaluation and implementation of digital quality measure initiatives, externally funded projects and other NCQA programs. Major responsibilities include: Working with measure development teams to translate measure specifications into digital logic and creating synthetic patient data for testing measure logic. The Digital Measure Programmer I communicates with internal and external customers. This is an entry level programming position. The ideal candidate possesses interest and/or curiosity about programming and coding. This is a full-time position with flexible work options.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support the development of project deliverables and the management of projects. This will include:
Develop drafts of project deliverables including measure code, header information, test cases, and other documentation to explain the measure calculation.
Plan and manage project tasks.
Accountable for quality and timely completion of work.
