The Project Operations Analyst (Surveys) will support national patient experience survey projects. This position may support other national and state contracts that implement and use health care quality information. It involves tasks in all phases of multiple projects including training, quality oversight, data collection, preparation and quality assurance of written deliverables and customer service. Additional responsibilities include analytical and general project support, such as research, data collection, data analysis, and production of reports. The Analyst must have very strong writing skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to work independently on multiple tasks/projects in coordination with other internal and external project team members.
