Job Summary: Operate designated machine to process copper tubing to customer specification

Major Responsibilities/Activities:
- Process copper tubing using appropriate machine
- Load reels onto payoff
- Install rollers, dies, check O.D. and I.D., set up
- Record flow test if applicable
- Move material to and from work area as required
- Maintain a neat, safe work area
- Maintain acceptable production rates
- Record production on provided forms
- Follow proper safety workplace practices
- Attendance is crucial to keep overtime costs low and not disrupt production schedules
- May be required to run multiple machines, if needed
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience. Must be able to communicate effectively, orally and in written form
Equipment/ Tools Used: Micrometers, rollers, chopper guides, pin gauges, crescent and allen wrenches, lineman pliers, Eddy current coils and guides, notch bar.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
