Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity for a Corporate Strategist.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop the strategic plan for NDX – market segmentation, sizing, growth rates, competitive analyses, trends and implications, initiatives, ROI etc.
• Develop the overall commercial strategy and specific segment strategies as part of the strategic plan
• Implement process for gathering and highlighting relevant market, customer, competitor and technological changes
• Simplify the flow of commercial data within NDX to critical few vs multitude of reports
• Serve as project leader as needed to fill gaps in commercial organization and coordinate execution of important growth initiatives
• Assist in developing an annual budget, as well as managing and monitoring the company growth plan for all commercial initiatives
• Lead, monitor, and report on all outcomes of marketing projects and investments. Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) will include improving customer engagement and loyalty, growth programs with existing customers, new products and new revenue streams
• Evaluate existing portfolio initiatives and ROI and update plans accordingly
• Develop deal strategy – linked to NDX strategic plan – and pipeline

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree in business administration preferred
• Significant work experience with a major financial institution, major consulting firm or business
• Can show clear, meaningful results from work she / he has done
• Experience with financial analysis, modeling and deal work
• Experience with market analysis, segmentation, competitor analyses, strategy formulation
• Outstanding relationship management and collaboration skills
• High emotional IQ and intellectual IQ – quick, agile, open to and capable of handling multiple challenges simultaneously
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Superb analytical skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Excellent excel and ppt skills
• Ability to travel as required

Education

• Bachelors or better
