We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Thoele Dental Lab in St. Cloud, Minnesota for a Dental Lab Technician. Previous experience is not necessary; we offer paid, hands-on training!
The regular hours for this position are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
- Completely read prescription (Rx), examine materials in pan, and make sure case is scheduled accurately according to the prescription
- Create a duplication of patient’s dentition according to the specifications of the prescribed prosthesis and doctor preferences (incoming) meeting production standard of 10 per hour.
- Pour models according to the documented procedure and specifications of the model stone for crown and bridge (solids), and removable meeting production standard of matching incoming cases at the rate of: Pindex Pouring System 10 cases per hour, and Artimax Pouring System 5 Cases per hour.
- Box and pour epoxy for crown and bridge and removable cases meeting production standard of 5 per hour.
- Articulate models to accurately represent patient’s occlusion
- Trim margins according to the documented procedure and doctor preferences meeting production standards of 10 per hour.
- Maintain suction bucket in back room once per day at a maximum 15 minutes per day.
- Support supervisor and General Manager in creating a positive atmosphere within the department.
- Wear proper PPE when performing work tasks that require them and follow safety guidelines as stated in NDX safety policy
- All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- OSHA/Bloodborne Pathogen/ General Safety.
- On the job training.

Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach.
- Regularly required to exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions using both arms and hands grasping, gripping, pinching, lifting, and carrying. Constantly lifting & carrying 0-10 lbs. Occasionally lifting and carrying 26-50 lbs.
