Senior Financial Analyst

Job Description: The Role This Senior Financial Analyst serves as a key member of the FI Central Finance Team delivering impactful and insightful financial analysis to our business and finance partners. The unique position supports central and line finance team providing finance and business partner support and analysis. The associate will assist with monthly financial reviews, scorecard process, annual planning process, business pipelines and quarterly business reviews. Success will require strong associate with an analytic and data driven mindset, strong collaboration skills, comprehensive problem solving, independent thinking, and intellectual curiosity. You will deliver strategic insights and analysis to inform business strategy and decision making; drive operationalization of the FI strategy, including measurement and evaluation of business performance and progress tracking of key initiatives. The Team Fidelity Institutional serves a wide variety of institutional investors, wealth management firms, and retirement plans with access to Fidelity's proprietary investment management, trading, and financing solutions. The FI Central Finance team is responsible for providing accurate and a broad range of analytics, financial management, and strategic business partner support to drive improved outcomes and financial results to the broader organization. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or equivalent with 5 years of experience; MBA preferred Strong analytical and strategic skills combined with solid business and financial acumen Excellent communications skills and demonstrated ability to influence senior business leaders Proven analytical and organizational skills, with strong accountability Demonstrated ability to work on competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Certifications: Category: Finance At Fidelity, we are passionate about making our financial expertise broadly accessible and effective in helping people live the lives they want!
