JOB DESCRIPTION

**Our Part-Time, Seasonal Garden Center Merchandiser role often pairs nicely alongside other merchandising and gig income streams!**
This position will service the following store location(s):
- Store 531-8730 Waterville Swanton Road, Waterville, 43566, OH
As a Garden Center Merchandiser, your workday will include:
- Create and display a variety of outdoor plants
- Create and maintain product displays
- Water all plant materials
- Develop a watering plan with the floral department manager for additional support as needed
- Ensure proper signage is in place
- Maintain a safe and clean display area
- Remove and record expired plant material
- Interacting with store personnel and customers
- Develop a positive working relationship with store management and associates
- Complete report for each store serviced
- Document every visit using the Repsly app where available
As a Garden Center Merchandiser, you will be required to:
- Must have a smart phone
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable means of transportation
- Work outdoors in all elements
- Lift, push and carry up to 30 lbs repetitively
- Understand and execute planograms
- Use workplace mobile apps
- Preferred experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service
- Experience working at a garden center is a plus
