National Grid is hiring a Senior Scheduler for our Gas Complex Capital Delivery department in Waltham, MA.This is a hybrid position.
Our team works with project managers and internal stakeholders to provide assistance with meeting project goals.We are the SMEs for project and program scheduling, developing and updating P6 schedules, resolving scheduling issues and reviewing schedules produced by others.
- Create and maintain project schedule information in Primavera P6 and review Critical Path Method (CPM) cost and resource loaded schedules
- Meet with Project and Construction Managers to discuss project schedule updates, evaluate schedules and report on change requests
- Prepare reports and represent Project Controls within the project management team
- A bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of scheduling experience in gas utility construction required
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 required
- Demonstrated keen problem solving and analytical skills
- Proven experience investigating and analyzing project conflicts, understanding the impact to the portfolio
- Valid driver's license required

Salary
$89,000 - $105,000 a year
This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
