Director of Nursing Services

Winship Green Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Bath, ME, known for being one of the friendliest facilities in the state, is seeking a Director of Nursing Services! This 72-bed SNF with excellent patient care quality and employee retention is looking for a candidate whose hands-on and is interested in retaining their clinical skills while working in upper management. What You Will Do as a Director of Nursing:

• Direct the coordination of all nursing services
• Act as liaison between the Administrator and nursing services administration
• Review inspection reports with the Administrator retrospectively to institute a plan of correction as required. Monitors results
• Cooperate with the Administrator in the overall planning of the facility's goals and objectives as requested

What You Will Need as a Director of Nursing:

• 3 years as Director of Nursing in a for-profit Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing facility preferred
• Registered Nurse licensed in the state of ME required
