Remote Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer

National Mortgage Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Licensed Loan Officer to work from home.

Responsibilities of the Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer

  • Originate Mortgage Loans through provided leads
  • Loan Officer is responsible for taking the application and locking the loan. Will not be required to do any of the operations processes

Requirements of the Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer

  • At least 2 years of recent Mortgage Origination experience
  • Must have experience working with the majority of new purchase loans and minimal refi
  • Creditworthy and ability to pass personal background checks and mandatory drug test
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Self-sourced business is preferred but not a requirement for consideration
