PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise shift while producing fiberglass products as scheduled
- Attain production goals as specified by Plant Manager
- Motivate employees to give maximum efforts in professional manner
- Ensure that all safety procedures are being followed
- Maintain weekly employee attendance records
- Maintain accurate production data
- Hold departmental meetings as needed to discuss updates and/or changes in company policies, procedures, goals, etc.
- Wear appropriate PPE
- Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and procedures
- Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures
- Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in all aspects of the manufacturing process
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work overtime and shift work as required
- 2nd shift MANDATORY - 8hr
- Standing 6 to 8 hours daily
- Walking 6 to 8 hours daily
- Bending/Stooping 6 to 8 hours daily
- Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) 6 to 8 hours daily
- Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Push/Pull 6 to 8 hours daily
- Travel less than 10%
