Responsibilities
Identify, assess, and mitigate all types of risks.
Develop and implement risk guidelines to be approved by the Director of Operations.
Conduct risk assessments.
Report risk information to senior management.
Stay up to date on changes in the regulatory environment.
Strong people leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivery.
Qualifications
Proven experience in developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Possesses an intimate knowledge of internal business processes and the banking industry.
Exhibits business process knowledge and possesses a broad-based operational perspective of a financial institution.
