The insurance Program our clients enjoy was built on ease-of-use, accommodating all occupancy phases of investment property (vacant, rental or undergoing renovation).
The Account Review Specialist provides world-class client service by reviewing performance and the servicing of existing accounts. This position maintains world-class client satisfaction and contributes to the Company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance in a team atmosphere.
Essential Functions
- Perform a review of client accounts prior to the account’s annual renewal. Review required examination of the client’s locations, coverages purchased, costs and claims
- Perform a review of newly added locations
- Communicate back to the CSR the need for any changes to the coverage or cost and what options are available to the client
- Maintains client records by updating or changing account information according to final review
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Demonstrate a passion for the company’s mission, vision and values
Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma required, 4-year College degree preferred
- Active P&C license preferred
- Two or more years in a Client Service position preferred
- Industry specific affiliations are encouraged
- Above average skills in email and phone etiquette
- Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in fast paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
