ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

NNN REIT is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our corporate team on site in Downtown Orlando. The right candidate will be committed to facilitating smooth, efficient office operations by planning carefully, anticipating needs, and providing responsive, reliable assistance. The right candidate should be adaptable, proactive, supportive and detail-oriented.


This person will be responsible for supporting the Development and Leasing Department through handling office tasks such as filing, answering emails, data entry, reviewing Leases and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy and productivity.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Setting up files
  • Requesting Project Numbers from the Accounting Department
  • Setting up Project Tracking Sheets
  • Copying
  • Scanning and storing important documents and records
  • Receipt and distribution of documents to necessary departments
  • Inputting Data into Oracle
  • Tracking Preliminary and Close-out Documents
  • Entering documents into SalesForce and NetDocs
  • Close out of completed projects and prepare for off-site storage
  • Special projects as assigned
Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
