National Service Bureau (NSB) is looking for Commercial and Large Balance Collectors to join our growing team with offices in Bothell, WA and Sarasota, FL! NSB is a family owned, “People First” company focused on Insurance Subrogation and Accounts Receivable Management. We have grown for over the last 30 years to become a leading national agency. We are a growing team of people who are self-motivated, accountable, and engaged in personal growth.
We are looking for a self-motivated leader who has mastered the art of collections and negotiations with 5 years of experience.
NSB has a Training program that you will be enrolled in on your very first day. Our experienced Training Manager and Management Team provides a variety of classroom instruction, interactive learning, and guidance throughout training. With a focus on making sure you succeed out of the gates; we provide hands on experience with instructor assistance prior to moving onto individual outbound calls.

- Skilled and Experienced in Skip Tracing

- 5 years of Experience in the Credit and Collections Industry
