Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for sales, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrate features and benefits
- Conduct product demos to showcase the functionality of various items
- Assist customers with purchases, including cash handling and operating cash registers
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor
- Answer customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in technology sales is a plus
- Bilingual skills (multilingual) are highly desirable, especially for serving diverse customer base
- Experience in jewelry sales is a bonus
