Position Overview
Summary
Under the oversight of the Executive Director, the Director of Program Administration is responsible for the operational success of programs statewide. Conducting strategic analysis planning to identify and streamline efficiency processes(s) across statewide program(s) operations. Utilizes strategic development programming to respond to local community needs while supporting NYAP’s mission, vision and values. This position liaisons with the Executive Director, program directors or managers and continuous quality improvement in order to oversee community networking and engagement; referral population identification and expansion; existing and new program growth, and directs staff training and development.
