Our growth allows us to expand and develop new and innovative programs to meet the ever-changing needs of those we serve. We offer unique and personalized services for families and individuals in four areas: Prevention/Intervention, Positive Youth Development, Out-of-Home-Placement and Reunification/Permanency.

Position Overview
Summary
The National Continuous Quality Improvement Manager is responsible for providing support, training and consultation to the National Youth Advocate Program staff and in particular the state CQI Teams while assisting in the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance and improvement plans. This position is responsible for utilizing reviews and ensuring licensing, accreditation, and certification requirements and contract compliance.
