What You’ll Do

Job Summary:

  • Support operation and various departments by performing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry operations related to accounts payable, billing, accounting, etc.
  • Answering phones and either take messages or transfer to the appropriate department.
  • Perform filing, shredding, organizing as needed.
  • Interact with various departments to retrieve documents for accounting and billing.
  • Communicate with customers regarding past due invoices, payment statuses, and providing invoices copies.
  • Support management team with various task to support local branch and overall organization.
  • Work with other accounting personnel on tasks relating to tax, sales, commissions, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Very strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with completing priorities.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to sit and use a computer for long periods of time.

Requirements:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, Associates Degree a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) required.
  • Professional appearance and work strong ethic.
