Immediate Start | Full-Time | Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on late payments and facilitate payment arrangements.

- Handle cancellation requests from customers, providing assistance and resolving issues to retain their business.

- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while delivering exceptional service to all customers.

- Work efficiently to meet performance targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with team members to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

- No previous experience in customer service is necessary; we provide comprehensive training.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $15.13 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
