Nationwide Inbound Inc. is looking for personable and energetic Business Relations Agent to join our ever-growing inbound call center. Business Relations Agent assist our clients, provide product/service information, fulfill customer needs, and try to resolve any problems callers face with accuracy and efficiency.
Immediate openings at our Freeport IL location or remote opportunities available with the following requirements:
• PC with at least Windows 10, Home or Pro
• USB headset
• Reliable wired connected high-speed internet access (Wi-Fi/wireless not allowed)
• Quiet dedicated workspace
• Primary Residence in Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin
Job Functions
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Schedule appointments for home service companies
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements
• Must be available afternoon/evenings and weekends
• Previous sales experience a plus
• Proficient with the internet, data entry and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs
• Excellent typing, computer, and customer service skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
