We currently seek a Loan Officer Assistant/Junior Banker to support our Senior Loan Officers/ Mortgage Bankers in the sales process. The ideal candidate will have a sales oriented personality and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal/ external business partners. Mortgage experience is a plus! This role offers a base salary ($16/ hr) plus a discretionary bonus structure.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to clients via phone and set up appointments with Loan Officers.
  • Support Loan Officers sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain and reach out to Loan Officers' database of potential clients.
  • Communicate with borrowers, Loan Officers, operations staff, etc to obtain required documentation and expedite the mortgage loan process.
  • Update and maintain information in Encompass, loan origination system.
  • Additional duties as necessary in support the mortgage loan process.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in the mortgage industry preferred.
  • Encompass experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and follow up skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
