Service Quality Knowledge
The Inventory Specialist will perform inventory control activities for the eCommerce department. You will maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing products and supplies.
Through digital and manual counting you will identify discrepancies with inventory reports and provide report to management for review.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for tracking all inventory to ensure our company maintains proper stock levels of our product in our systems and across each pertinent channel.
This is a role that is integral to the company's success.
Responsibilities :
- Become a proficient user of our inventory / warehouse management software (Fishbowl) to stay on top of inventory levels / reconcile discrepancies by end of day
- Conduct regular cycle counts of product in the warehouse
- Communicating with management about any inventory issues
- Create monthly inventory reports
Requirements :
- 2-3 years of proven work experience as an Inventory Specialist or similar role
- Track record of quick learning and adaptation
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to commute in-office at our Lehi, UT location during normal business hours
- At times overtime may be required and will be compensated by state law
- High school diploma
Bonus Skills :
- Fishbowl inventory / warehouse management software knowledge
- WooCommerce experience
Working Conditions :
While this is an office position, please note that you will be required to work near an environment containing dust and other plant related debris.
