Our real estate team is experiencing tremendous growth! We are looking for an exceptionally experienced Licensed Executive Assistant who will manage the back end of our business so we can focus on sales and client care.
Our ideal candidate has worked within real estate as an assistant before and is an expert at supporting a team, knows the lingo, and understands the key nuances of our industry. You'll need to be comfortable with working solo and interacting with others. This role is a hybrid of both!

You'll be able to self-manage, act as our eyes and ears, and function as our gatekeeper so we can work free of distractions. You’ll be a vital and valued member of the team!
In addition, our ideal candidate will demonstrate great proficiency with contracts and technology and will be comfortable with a variety of digital and social platforms. It is preferred that you have extensive experience using Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and CRM technologies. If you're a reliable team player who has been running a team of a top producer in Real Estate, have SUPER high integrity and LOVE to crush your to-do list and WOW everyone you come into contact with, we'd love to hear from you. There is the opportunity for growth and we seek someone who wants to be appreciated for the work that they do, treated well, and in it for the long haul.
The Position will be 40 hours per week, which shall be a hybrid of working in our office in Temecula, CA as well as remotely from a home office. We are a cloud-based team so there is location flexibility. With our growth comes yours, so this could become a very lucrative position.
