About the Role
Nativo is looking for a Media Campaign Manager to join our team in architecting the future of advertising by creating meaningful connections with consumers on the only ad platform that combines the power of content with scale, measurement, and control.
Reporting to our Director of Media Solutions, the Media Campaign Manager will also work closely with our Client Success team to push forward our media optimization capabilities. In this role, you will be an expert advisor to our Product team in client-facing situations as we develop our buy-side solutions by owning the daily performance and delivery of campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Become an expert on the Nativo platform as well as best practices for campaign management ensuring performance and delivery goals are met
- Ideate campaign strategy and support the optimization of campaigns by ensuring they are built correctly and executed impeccably to drive measurable results for our clients
- Understand media plan objectives in collaboration with other internal teams, and suggest frameworks for campaign setup which will directly translate into reporting and performance outputs to help optimize and grow accounts
- Manage and troubleshoot issues with media plan placements through various third-party tagging implementations and internal reporting tools
- Provide assistance on ad hoc projects as needed
What You Need
- 2-4 years of programmatic buying or high-level campaign management experience across multiple publications and adept with all layers of targeting—audience, contextual, etc.
- Understanding of digital advertising campaign management including strategies, tactics, execution, and reporting; previous campaign management experience a plus
- Understanding and working knowledge of at least two out of a DSP, DMP, and ad-server
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written with a knack for explaining complex concepts in a straightforward manner
- Proven analytical skills to help draw conclusions, develop actionable recommendations, and communicate results both internally and externally with partners and customers
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to efficiently manage multiple campaigns and competing priorities
- BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
