About the Role
Nativo is looking for a Director to join our Insights and Innovation team. The Insights Director will support the ongoing delivery of data-driven research and reporting, as well as deployment of our Insights Platform.
The Insights Director will play a key role in helping respond to RFPs, building mid and post-campaign reports, and generating market-wide thought leadership.
What You’ll Do on a Day to Day Basis
- Support all measurement initiatives, including survey design and development, data analysis, and transformation into client-facing deliverables
- Meet with clients across the sales cycle to help sell-in Nativo and data driven insights, provide ongoing campaign performance, and support post-campaign wrap-ups
- Lead Platform deployment and adoption efforts internally and with key clients
- Solicit, aggregate, and communicate key Platform new features and ideas in support of product and engineering
- Coordinate with marketing to develop, write, and publish new thought leadership, including leading at least one webinar quarterly
- Manage the day-to-day analytics team responsible for survey-programming, data analysis, and 3rd party research vendor coordination
- Partner with the Insights VP on new measurement solutions and external RFPs (e.g. attribution, brand lift, location visitation etc.)
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced storyteller who knows their way around data, understands the agency/client RFP process, and can handle their own in front of clients. The ideal candidate will be able to work seamlessly across various partner groups (e.g. sales, account management, product, marketing, etc.), managing both direct and indirect teams. You will be expected to raise your hand, make the calls as you see fit, and execute.
Skillset Needed
- Bachelor’s Degree and 7-10 years’ work experience required
- Analytics/strategy/agency/startup/content marketing/branded content/social media/communications experience
- Expertise in parsing through data and using it to tell a cohesive narrative
- Solid presentation skills (both design and actual delivery to clients)
- Ability to bring concepts and ideas to life
- Skilled multitasker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment; ability to think on your feet
- Fluent in Microsoft Office/Google Suite programs; familiarity with python, tableau, etc. a big plus
- Deadline-oriented, strong time-management and prioritization skills
- Self-motivator, open to a non-traditional schedule, can work independently and collaboratively with equal ease and comfort
- Highly organized and process-oriented
Within One Month, You’ll:
- Have a basic understanding of our content offerings and Nativo products
- Begin contributing ideas for RFP brainstorms and/or post campaign reports
- Project manage and execute standard measurement reports
- Begin to play around with the Insights Platform
Within Three Months, You’ll:
- Have an intimate understanding of the Insights Platform and its value across the sales cycle
- Have a deeper understanding of measurement offerings, including how to leverage for pitching and scaling clients
- Take the lead on RFP and post-campaign related activities
- Meeting regularly with clients
Within Six Months, You’ll:
- Be fluent in our Insights platform, capabilities and Nativo products
- Be the go-to platform and measurement expert
- Own regular contributions to thought leadership and webinar related activities
- Work collaboratively with Content and Strategy to embed an insights-first approach to all client interactions

Additional Information
Nativo is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The starting pay range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years’ experience, certifications, and specific location. The starting pay range may differ by location.
