What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chiropractic office front desk position at Natural Health and Chiropractic Center?
We are looking for a second Receptionist to help manage our front desk and to perform administrative and clerical tasks. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company and will welcome patients who visit our office.
This is a part time position.
Work Hours:
Tuesday 11:30am-7pm
Saturday 10:30am-3/4pm
Job Duties include:
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Sending appointment reminder texts
- Insurance verification (will train)
- Insurance billing (will train)
- Filing, maintain databases and patient records
- Greeting patients and prepare them for their treatment
- Reset treatment rooms after each appointment
- Maintain and clean area/office to reflect cleanliness for patients
- Prepare all necessary documents for each department
Requirements:
To be successful as a receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.
- Professional phone etiquette is a must.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Computer savvy and experience with Macs is a plus!
- Professional attitude and polished appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
