What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Manager position at Nature's Path?
Core Responsibilities:
- Accountable for end-to-end order management processes.
- Develop the overall Operations strategy in alignment with the Costco and Customer service teams that supports the customer journey and/or customer experience.
- Propose and achieve customer service levels (e.g., response times, reliability of commitments, fulfillment of requested delivery dates, accuracy, compliance).
- Manage Operational related questions and escalations (e.g., stock availability, allocations, complex customer questions, operations for new and developing business models).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Including Costco ICS’, buyers, and assistant buyers. Internal relationships with logistics and warehouse distribution team members.

- Expert knowledge on EDI order workflow/process.
- Comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with normal activities.

- Experience interacting with external and internal customers/stakeholders, including Executives.
- Ability to apply a systematic approach to problem solving through analysis of the problem and evaluation of alternative solutions.
- Comfort in fast-paced environment.
- Must demonstrate a high level of business judgement; ability to get along well with diverse personalities - flexible.
Providing Replenishment Management support to a cross section of key strategic customers within the grocery channel by:
- Establishing together with the RSM’s and Analyst a partnership and credibility with external replenishment teams, conducting as needed meetings and understanding key metrics for success by retailer.
- Liaising with internal Cross Functional Partners (Supply Chain, Inside Sales and Logistics) to ensure key metrics such as fill rate and OTIF (on time and in full) are achieved.
- Identifying gaps in processes or external issues impacting key metrics and implement solutions for prompt resolution.

Education
- Preferably post-secondary degree and/or diploma in a related discipline preferred; ideally in business, sales and/or marketing management.
Experience
- 5 years Working with Costco in an operations/customer service role.
- Background in broker network, distributor and/or retail sales.
- A demonstrated ability in key software applications such as EXCEL, PowerPoint, Word, and Retailer portals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
