Accounts Payable Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle AP in ERP manufacturing system environment
  • Scanning related AP paperwork in and attaching pdf’s to bills
  • Keep track of and enter all bills to accurately reflect the relationship between the PO’s, the bill and the receiving paperwork
  • Balance and reconcile corporate credit cards and expense reports and maintain interface with software
  • Keep track of related paperwork and administer payments for 10 Corporate leases
  • Perform Bank Reconciliations for different entities in a highly transactional environmen
  • Make Personal Property tax payments and keep track of related paperwork
  • Maintain Commission payments and report for outside Reps
  • Inventory Control and experience with Physical Inventory Count
  • Experience with digital automation and AI solutions is a plus

Job Requirements and Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting helpful but not required
  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable
  • Excellent computer skills; proficiency in and experience with accounting software, preferably Netsuite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Pays strict attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,837.21 - $50,384.59 per year
