Overview:
As the Associate Manager, Ecommerce & Amazon, you will be integral to Naturesage's digital success, executing various digital initiatives with a focus on our Amazon Seller and DTC business. In addition to ecommerce priorities, you will be an instrumental part of our larger social, influencer and digital marketing efforts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and evolving digital environment and contribute to the growth of Naturesage's growing ecommerce presence.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Manage and collaborate with agencies to oversee Amazon Seller Central business operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on assortment, product launches, promotions, advertising, and ecommerce content lead to achieve sales and conversion targets
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze KPIs such as sales, traffic and customer feedback
- Coordinate with the team to develop and execute content calendars for social media platforms and manage social media communities
- Work with content and digital agencies to create assets for social and ecommerce platforms
- Execute DTC marketing initiatives, including email marketing and collaboration with SEM/SEO agencies
- Support content production including but not limited to photoshoots, video shoots and influencer collaborations
- Coordinate influencer programs and track communication and outreach efforts
- Generate monthly reports on key KPIs and present findings for internal review
- Take ownership of special projects as assigned, demonstrating resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
- Oversee DTC paid social agency
- Manage and execute paid social content and strategy
Skills & Abilities:
- Highly motivated self-starter with eagerness to take on new challenges and learn new skills
- High level of adaptability and flexibility
- 1-3 years of relevant digital/ecommerce experience, Amazon experience a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
