Salary: Based on experience and qualifications

Work hours: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm

Position summary: Nauticon is seeking a Xerox production print service technician for the MD, DC, and Northern VA areas. The technician will be primarily responsible for on-site repair, installation, and maintenance of Xerox production devices but will also be expected to service Toshiba, Lexmark, and HP products as needed. Company vehicle and cell phone are provided.

Skills and abilities:

· Technical experience with production print/output devices

· Competent mechanical aptitude, including the skillful use of various common hand tools

· A broad knowledge of computers, networking, and digital devices

· Ability to install print drivers and set up scan functions on customers network

· Ability to troubleshoot print and scan issues

· Ability to work independently or part of a team

· Must be punctual, reliable and work under minimal supervision

· Must have a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills

Education/Experience Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year of experience with production print devices (Xerox preferred)

· Certifications on Toshiba, Lexmark, and/or HP output devices or proven equivalent experience are a plus

· A and/or NET are a plus

· Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required

· You will be required to lift equipment up to 50 lbs on occasion

· Successful candidate will be required to show proof that s/he can legally work in the U.S.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
