Real Estate/Construction/Facilities Systems Analyst
- Hybrid – must be local
- Retail Industry
Requirements:
- Ability to be On-Site in Chesapeake, VA as needed (could be more frequently at the beginning of the engagement)
- Familiar with Real Estate/Construction/Facilities applications/systems
- Retail Experience Required
- Knowledge of SQL and related reporting tools desired
- 5 years as a Senior Business Systems Analyst
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, including MS Visio
- Software Development Lifecycle experience
- Advanced oral and written communication skills
- Strong facilitation skills
- Working knowledge of SQL as well as system interface tools (i.e. APIs) and file transfer methodologies
- Strong experience with Facilities Management systems required
- One of the primary systems being reviewed is called Office Trax and this is a work order system
- This initiative is around us making the current process/system better by analyzing their data, building dashboards (as needed) and potentially helping the team determine how much more Office Trax can be their system of record.
- This is the resource that would have more SQL knowledge (but not being expected to actually create the dashboards, but be able to speak to the process)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55.73 - $56.84 per hour
