GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analysis of principles, methods in testing and evaluating codes to catch inconsistencies and taking corrective actions when identifying critical operational issues. 2) Analysis of systems to advise decision makers and inform system designers on ways to improve performance and efficiency; 3) Application of mathematical or statistical theory and methods to collect, organize, interpret, and summarize numerical data to provide usable information; 4) Use of statistical/mathematical theory on on-relevant information systems and/or software applications, such as spreadsheets, automated research tools, database applications, etc. 5) Programming mathematical formulas using software languages, such as Python, VBA, C ; and 6) Developing functional, physical, or prototype models and simulations for training, testing and evaluation, the prediction of behavior and phenomena, the evaluation of design alternatives, to support operational preparation, and to visually communicate concepts and/or validate requirements.
