ENGINEER
Job Posting for ENGINEER at Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command
You will serve as an ENGINEER in the NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER.
This position is part of the Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC) Personnel Demonstration Project. The ND-03 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-12 through GS-14. This position has a control point equivalent to the GS-13. Step-10 level.

Qualifications:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 to GS-11 or ND-2 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning, organizing, and conducting research investigations into problem areas with regard to Research, Development, Testing, and Evaluation (RDT&E) project and program management; 2) Planning, coordinating, scheduling, supervising, and executing test preparation and testing; 3) Communicating with personnel of various engineering disciplines concerning problem definition, project development, and execution; 4) Developing project tasks, performance work statements, and independent government cost estimates for work to be accomplished by contract.
