Qualifications:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Performing administrative functions in filtering telephone calls, mail requests to specific functional areas, time/attendance, scheduling and coordination of travel reservations and support, event planning, scheduling meetings, technical writing, and the collection, analysis and presentation of information; 2) Utilizing office automation systems (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or equivalent automated systems) to enter, correct and retrieve information, compile concise reports, produce charts and graphs, or monitor a project or program; 3) Maintaining database records for organizational programs, to be used in the evaluation of effectiveness and efficiency of organization operations; 4 ) Preparing and issuing travel orders and detailed travel itineraries.
