The Naval Nuclear Laboratory comprises the U.S. Department of Energy locations and personnel responsible for developing advanced naval nuclear propulsion technology, providing technical support to ensure the safety and reliability of our nation’s naval nuclear reactors, and training the Sailors who operate those reactors in the U.S. Navy’s submarines and aircraft carrier Fleets. As part of this role, the successful candidate will provide simplified, innovative, modern, creative, and original solutions, lead technical efforts and serve as a consultant providing advanced systems support for Human Resources (HR) and the NR Program. This individual will be jointly responsible for a variety of SAP SuccessFactors HR system administration tasks. This individual will interface between HR and other support organizations to ensure technical needs are addressed and will advise others of recommendations on new/alternate processes, methods, or systems to meet requirements. This individual will be required to solve complex problems involving considerable data compilation and data analysis, promoting a culture of evidence-based problem solving. The selected individual will be responsible for all aspects of assigned tasks, document work and provide recommendations in a formal manner.
