Maintenance Manager

Navarino Property Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our growing company and work at our properties located in Enfield, CT and Windsor Locks, CT with additional assistance to other properties within the Central CT market as needed.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain the interior and exterior of the property and inspect, maintain, and supervise proper maintenance of all common areas and amenities.
• Solicit bids for various projects and supervise contractors to ensure work is done to our satisfaction.
• Respond to all service requests and complete all work orders quickly and professionally.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager all move-in and move-outs and maintain a schedule for timely completion of apartment make-readies.
• Handle on-call rotation-including weekends and holidays.
• Monitor a maintenance budget and manage expenses to ensure compliance with budgeted guidelines
• The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the maintenance and preventive maintenance efforts for an assigned community, including the physical aspects of the building(s), HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, major appliances, and amenities.
• Candidate must have strong supervisory skills. This is a hands-on position, and you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
