Navarro provides technical and professional services to support the Department of Energy (DOE) Carlsbad Field Office (CBFO) and Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP).
We provide subject matter experts and assist CBFO with WIPP site operations and health and safety, including nuclear safety, oversight.
We support CBFO with implementation of their quality assurance, waste management, and environmental and regulatory compliance programs, including developing strategies and engineering design and construction solutions to improve site operations.
Navarro also provides program / project management support as well as audits / assessments and implementation of scientific programs.
Responsibilities include :
- Upload incoming (current and backlog) CBFO correspondence records into the Electronic Records Management System (ERMS) and complete all of the data entry for each record.
- Assist with properly scheduling and uploading the digital (scanned) records into the ERMS and complete all of the data entry for each record.
- Assist with properly scheduling and uploading the legacy records (from Documentum) into the ERMS and complete all of the data entry for each record.
- Assist with properly scheduling legacy paper records in T-105, for possible digitization.
- Assist with rescheduling the CBFO Mail and Records Center (M&RC) correspondence records.
Requirements
Candidate should have experience in one of the following categories :
- Business Specialist - Bachelor’s Degree with five years of experience OR 10 years of relevant business experience. (Preferred experience with records.)
- Information and Records Management Specialist - Bachelor’s Degree and five years of demonstrated knowledge and experience in federal records management and two years of experience directly related to responding to Privacy Act (PA) and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests OR 10 years of relevant experience.
Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and / or clearances requirements, US citizenship is required.
