Job functions:
- Work with clients to set-up new products, enhance product detail pages, analyze and track data to understand trends and improve revenue.
- Work with team members to plan, execute and optimize marketing and forecasting initiatives, while utilizing Amazon’s reporting matrix to update data, and manage content changes.
- Act as the client liaison for inquiries, issues or escalations. Responsible for delivering exceptional service that ensures client success is well-defined, measured and aligned to serving the client’s needs.
- Submit cases to update client catalog information, then monitor, organize and follow-up on client cases filed.
- Continually manage client changes and service optimizations to maximize client value and ensure streamlined solutions.
- Must be very strong in Excel, PowerPoint, Cloud, Sharepoint and Outlook.

Qualifications:
- Integrity, drive, strong attention to detail and a desire to constantly improve
- College degree
- Desire to work directly with clients and increase revenue
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to take direction and manage time efficiently
- Quick and resourceful learner (i.e. “Google it!”)
- Experience with data in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Ability to prioritize, track and execute multiple open projects simultaneously
